• Dandenong City SC – Expression of Interest (EOI) Terms & Conditions
  
  2027 National Premier Leagues (NPL) & Victorian Youth Premier League (VYPL)
  
  By submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) to Dandenong City SC, the player and/or parent/legal guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
  
  1. Expression of Interest Only
  
  Submission of an Expression of Interest is not a player registration, contract, offer of selection or guarantee of a trial.
  
  Submitting an EOI does not guarantee:
  
  * An invitation to trial;
  * Selection into any Dandenong City SC squad;
  * An offer to register with the club for the 2027 season.
  
  The EOI is used solely to assist the club in identifying prospective players for consideration.
  
  2. Player Eligibility
  
  All players must satisfy the eligibility requirements determined by Football Victoria (FV) and any other governing body applicable to the competition.
  
  Applicants confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and truthful, including but not limited to:
  
  * Player details;
  * Date of birth;
  * Current club;
  * Playing history;
  * Contact information; and
  * Any other information requested by the club.
  
  Dandenong City SC reserves the right to decline or remove an application if false, misleading or incomplete information is provided.
  
  3. Trial Invitations and Selection
  
  Submission of an EOI does not automatically result in a trial invitation.
  
  Trial invitations will be issued at the sole discretion of Dandenong City SC's Technical Department and coaching staff based on the club's recruitment requirements.
  
  The club reserves the right to:
  
  * Invite or not invite any applicant to trial;
  * Limit the number of trial participants;
  * Conduct multiple trial phases;
  * Request additional information or footage;
  * Modify, postpone, reschedule or cancel trial sessions due to weather, ground conditions, Football Victoria directives or any unforeseen circumstances.
  
  All player assessments and selection decisions are final. The club is under no obligation to provide feedback or reasons for selection or non-selection.
  
  Trial dates will be conducted in accordance with Football Victoria's approved trial period and player movement regulations. Further information regarding trial schedules, locations and requirements will be communicated to invited players.
  
  4. Football Victoria Regulations
  
  All Expressions of Interest, trials, player approaches and registrations are subject to Football Victoria rules, regulations and transfer policies.
  
  Dandenong City SC reserves the right to withdraw or amend any invitation or offer if required to comply with Football Victoria regulations.
  
  5. Communication
  
  By submitting an EOI, the player and/or parent or guardian consents to receiving communications from Dandenong City SC via email, telephone, SMS or other electronic means regarding:
  
  * Trial invitations;
  * Trial updates;
  * Registration information;
  * Club announcements; and
  * Other matters relating to the 2027 season.
  
  It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure contact details remain current and to regularly monitor email, including junk or spam folders.
  
  6. Parent/Guardian Consent
  
  For players under 18 years of age, this Expression of Interest must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
  
  By submitting the form, the parent or guardian confirms they are authorised to provide consent on behalf of the player and accept these Terms and Conditions.
  
  7. Privacy
  
  Personal information collected through this Expression of Interest will be used solely for player identification, recruitment, trial administration, registration preparation and club communications.
  
  Information will be managed in accordance with applicable Australian privacy legislation.
  
  Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties unless:
  
  * Required by law;
  * Required by Football Victoria or another governing body; or
  * Authorised by the applicant.
  
  8. Code of Conduct
  
  All players, parents, guardians and spectators are expected to behave respectfully and uphold the values of Dandenong City SC.
  
  Any behaviour considered abusive, discriminatory, threatening, disruptive or inconsistent with the Club's Code of Conduct may result in:
  
  * Removal from trials;
  * Withdrawal of a trial invitation;
  * Cancellation of any offer;
  * Removal from future recruitment consideration.
  
  9. Medical Fitness and Risk
  
  Players participate in trials at their own risk.
  
  By attending a trial, the player confirms they are medically fit to participate in football activities. Any relevant medical conditions, injuries or health concerns should be disclosed to the club prior to participation.
  
  Dandenong City SC accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, loss or damage sustained while attending trials, except where required by law.
  
  10. Photography and Media
  
  The player and/or parent or guardian acknowledges that photographs and video footage may be taken during trial sessions for coaching, assessment, promotional or club communication purposes.
  
  If an applicant does not wish to appear in promotional material, they must notify the club in writing before attending trials.
  
  11. Fees
  
  There is no fee to submit an Expression of Interest.
  
  Should a player be offered and accept a position within a Dandenong City SC squad for the 2027 season, club registration fees and associated player costs will apply.
  
  Acceptance into a squad is subject to completion of all registration requirements, payment obligations and compliance with Football Victoria regulations.
  
  12. Withdrawal
  
  Applicants wishing to withdraw their Expression of Interest or decline a trial invitation should notify the club as soon as practicable.

  13. Amendments
  
  Dandenong City SC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to Football Victoria regulations, club policies or operational requirements.
  
  Updated Terms and Conditions will apply from the date they are published.
  
  
  
  Declaration
  
  By submitting this Expression of Interest, the player and/or parent/legal guardian confirms that:
  
  * The information provided is true and accurate.
  * They have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
  * They agree to comply with all Football Victoria regulations and Dandenong City SC policies.
  * They acknowledge that submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee a trial invitation, selection or registration with Dandenong City SC for the 2027 season.
