  Expression of Interest (EOI) Terms & Conditions – 2027 Season
  
  By submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) to Dandenong City SC, the player and/or parent/legal guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
  
  1. Expression of Interest Only
  
  Submission of an Expression of Interest is not a player registration, contract, offer of selection or guarantee of participation with Dandenong City SC.
  
  Submitting an EOI does not guarantee:
  
  * Selection into a team;
  * An invitation to attend trials (where applicable);
  * Placement in a preferred age group, competition or squad;
  * An offer to register with Dandenong City SC for the 2027 season.
  
  The EOI is used to assist the Club in planning, recruitment and the formation of teams for the upcoming season.
  
  2. Player Eligibility
  
  All players must satisfy the age and eligibility requirements determined by Football Victoria (FV) and any other applicable governing body.
  
  Applicants confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and truthful, including but not limited to:
  
  * Player details;
  * Date of birth;
  * Current club;
  * Playing history;
  * Contact information; and
  * Any other information requested by the Club.
  
  Dandenong City SC reserves the right to decline or withdraw an Expression of Interest where false, misleading or incomplete information has been provided.
  
  3. Team Formation and Club Requirements
  
  Submission of an EOI assists Dandenong City SC in assessing player interest and planning for the 2027 season.
  
  The Club reserves the right to:
  
  * Determine the number of teams entered into each competition;
  * Establish, withdraw or combine teams where necessary;
  * Grade and allocate players into teams considered appropriate for their age, ability and development;
  * Move players between squads in the best interests of the player, team and Club;
  * Merge, restructure or adjust squads to meet operational, developmental or competition requirements;
  * Change coaching appointments, training schedules, venues or competition entries at its discretion.
  
  Team structures and player allocations may change at any time prior to or during the season where required.
  
  4. Trials and Player Assessment
  
  Dandenong City SC may conduct trials where considered necessary.
  
  Where trials are held, the Club reserves the right to:
  
  * Invite selected players to attend;
  * Conduct multiple trial phases;
  * Modify, postpone, reschedule or cancel trial sessions due to weather, ground conditions, Football Victoria directives or other unforeseen circumstances;
  * Assess players based on technical ability, attitude, effort, coachability, commitment, team balance and overall suitability.
  
  For age groups or competitions where formal trials are not conducted, player placement may be determined through previous observations, recommendations, training sessions or other assessment methods deemed appropriate by the Club.
  
  All selection and placement decisions are made solely by the Club's coaching and technical staff and are final. The Club is under no obligation to provide feedback or reasons for selection or non-selection.
  
  5. Football Victoria Regulations
  
  All Expressions of Interest, player recruitment, trials, registrations and transfers remain subject to Football Victoria rules, regulations and player movement policies.
  
  Dandenong City SC reserves the right to amend, withdraw or defer any invitation or offer where required to comply with Football Victoria regulations.
  
  6. Communication
  
  By submitting an EOI, the player and/or parent or guardian consents to receiving communications from Dandenong City SC via email, telephone, SMS or other electronic means regarding:
  
  * Trial invitations;
  * Team allocations;
  * Registration information;
  * Club announcements;
  * Events and program updates; and
  * Other matters relating to the 2027 season.
  
  Applicants are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain current and for regularly checking their email, including junk or spam folders.
  
  7. Parent or Guardian Consent
  
  For players under 18 years of age, this Expression of Interest must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
  
  By submitting the form, the parent or guardian confirms they are authorised to provide consent on behalf of the player and accept these Terms and Conditions.
  
  8. Privacy
  
  Personal information collected through this Expression of Interest will be used solely for player identification, recruitment, team planning, communication, registration preparation and administration of the Dandenong City SC Female Football Program.
  
  Information will be managed in accordance with applicable Australian privacy legislation.
  
  Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties unless:
  
  * Required by law;
  * Required by Football Victoria or another governing body; or
  * Authorised by the applicant.
  
  9. Code of Conduct
  
  All players, parents, guardians and spectators are expected to uphold the values of Dandenong City SC and comply with:
  
  * The Dandenong City SC Code of Conduct;
  * Football Victoria rules and regulations; and
  * Any applicable competition rules and policies.
  
  Any behaviour considered abusive, discriminatory, threatening, disruptive or inconsistent with Club values may result in:
  
  * Removal from trials or assessment activities;
  * Withdrawal of a trial invitation or offer;
  * Suspension or refusal of registration; and/or
  * Removal from future Club programs.
  
  10. Medical Fitness and Risk
  
  Players participate in football activities, assessments and trials at their own risk.
  
  By attending any Club activity, the player confirms they are medically fit to participate. Any relevant injuries, medical conditions or health concerns should be disclosed to the Club prior to participation.
  
  Dandenong City SC accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, loss or damage sustained while participating in Club activities, except where required by law.
  
  11. Photography and Media
  
  The player and/or parent or guardian acknowledges that photographs and video footage may be taken during Club activities, training sessions and trials for coaching, assessment, promotional and Club communication purposes.
  
  If an applicant does not wish to appear in promotional material, they must notify the Club in writing prior to attending Club activities.
  
  12. Fees
  
  There is no fee to submit an Expression of Interest.
  
  Should a player be offered and accept a position within a Dandenong City SC team, registration fees, season fees and any applicable levies, apparel or additional costs will apply and must be paid in accordance with the Club's payment terms.
  
  13. Amendments and Club Discretion
  
  Dandenong City SC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, its football program, team structures, selection processes or operational procedures at any time where reasonably necessary to meet Football Victoria regulations, competition requirements or Club operational needs.
  
  By submitting an Expression of Interest, the player and/or parent or legal guardian acknowledges that all decisions relating to recruitment, trials, team formation, player placement and participation remain at the sole discretion of Dandenong City SC.
  
  Declaration
  
  By submitting this Expression of Interest, the player and/or parent/legal guardian confirms that:
  
  * The information provided is true, accurate and complete.
  * They have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
  * They agree to comply with all Football Victoria regulations and Dandenong City SC policies.
  * They acknowledge that submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee selection, a trial invitation or registration with Dandenong City SC for the 2027 season.
